Refund in progress (transit to cancellation)

A transit notification. Emitted when a deal enters REFUND_PENDING (a rejected appeal / third-party flag); it is always followed by deal.cancelled — the final outcome for the merchant is CANCELLED. The payload does not change.

Merchant-side economics of the deal — deal.completed (PayIn) only, V2 only. All amounts are int64 in USDT cents (JSON strings, the proto3 JSON rule). The platform's internal costs are not disclosed: only the gross, the merchant's commission and the merchant's net go out; the promo fields are present only when a promo is applied.
